About Armando Padilla

Armando is a native born of Southern California. Originally from Los Angeles but his family quickly moved to Santa Clarita in 1984. In 1998, he started working in escrow when he was just 18 yrs old. In just a short amount of time he learned about what happens from start to finish in a real estate purchase transaction.

Mando was able to build great relationships with realtors while working in escrow and not long after he moved from escrow and started assisting a top producing agent by 2001. He earned his real estate agent license in 2002 and began working in residential real estate. He became a Top Producing Agent of Remax and gained a professional reputation amongst his community & colleagues.

He genuinely loves helping buyers & sellers accomplish their goals and enjoy being the one to connect the dots for them! He’s a great problem solver and a firm believer that there is a solution for everything! He and his team utilize the latest tools and technology and maintain strong professional networking groups for the benefit of their clients!
